The first part of the Temtem roadmap reveals plans through fall

The Temtem roadmap has arrived, and it has directions to tons of exciting features that the game could reach any time between now and fall. Roughly. Developer CremaGames rolled out the first part of the official Temtem roadmap on its official site, giving fans plenty to look forward to along with some frank expectation setting: “During the game’s development cycle, ideas change constantly and stuff we like today we might not like as much tomorrow. So take everything in here not as confirmed facts, but more like the stuff we would like to include in the game.”

Starting in Winter 2020, yet another island will arrive called Arbury. This island will bring 30 new Temtem along with the second-ever mythical Temtem. Along with the island will come Dojo Wars, where players will compete against each other to conquer any if the island’s Dojos. Once conquered, the victorious club gets to decorate the place to their liking and also gain unspecified rewards.

The most exciting bullet point, however, has to be the planned addition of around 50 new monsters, which will be doled out in the summer and fall of this year. As someone who grew tired of facing the same couple of creatures in any given area, the addition of more Temtem sounds like a godsend.Crema doesn’t list specific dates, just general timeframes, noting that some planned features may be delayed or tweaked along the course of development.

Crema says Trading Houses will initially enable players to post and receive offers and requests, and browse listings, without needing to directly interact with others. It’s also considering other additional systems, including random trades, plus timed and auctions, but these aren’t guaranteed for launch.

It’s worth noting that this is all subject to change, since the game is still in early access and new issues can pop up. Crema also said that it’ll be releasing what it’s calling a “mid-term” roadmap on Wednesday, which we’ll be sure to update you on. Temtem is still in early access, but has been a huge success so far, just surpassing 500,000 copies sold and sitting comfortably at the top of Steam’s best-seller list since release. It’s currently just on Steam right now, but it’s set to launch on Nintendo Switch at an unknown date. Stay tuned to 5mmo.com and we will be the first one to inform you all the latest.
